Mulsum was to the Romans known as appetizing, digestive, nutritious and life prolonging . Our Mulsum corresponds to the ancient Mulsum conditum paradoxum. A dry wine  is prepared with honey, pepper and spices for several weeks and then filtered.
Mulsum is ideal as an aperitif and to conclude a festive meal.
In winter it is also delicious as hot mulled wine.
