Martin Goll, the author of the Beutelsbacher Ortsfamilienbuch, has analyzed a wealth of historical records in the Stadtarchiv Weinstadt and other archives for several years to compile the history of the Beutelsbach houses and their inhabitants over five centuries.

160 photos, many of them old, unpublished photographs from private ownership, illustrate the transformation of this small hamlet from the old "marketplace" to our present municipality.
